March Capital Management has requested a project review meeting with city staff to consider adaptive reuse of the historic classical revival building at 2395 Sacramento Street into a residential building. Located in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, the project, still in its infancy, would add new apartments in a desirable area rich with transit and small businesses.
New visuals have been revealed along with updated plans for a residential project at 2525 Van Ness Avenue in Cow Hollow, San Francisco. The proposal will add 28 new residential units across the seven-story structure into the city’s housing market. March Capital Management is responsible for the development and has shared with SFYIMBY that Boubouffe LLC is the property owner.
New permits have been filed seeking Conditional Use Authorization for a seven-story residential building at 2525 Van Ness Avenue in Cow Hollow, San Francisco. The project will add 27 new apartments within walking distance of the waterfront. Demolition has already occurred on site.
