Construction Expected in 2026 For La Maravilla, Mission District

Plans have been approved for La Maravilla, a nine-story permanent supportive housing complex at 1979 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. Construction is now set to start early next year on the first of three phases on the large parcel overlooking the 16th Street BART Station.
