New plans have been published for a four-story apartment infill at 8647 Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento’s College-Glen neighborhood. The project will reshape two and a half acres with 83 townhome-style residences and retail. SNL Holding LLC is listed as the property owner, having purchased the site in 2017 for over $1.1 million.
New plans have been shared for a five-story residential block at 8581 Folsom Boulevard in the College/Glen neighborhood of Sacramento. The proposal will create 104 market-rate homes close to the CSU Sacramento campus. Though reduced from initial plans, the application will retain the occupied office on-site. Cunningham Development is the project developer.
Residential planning review permits have been filed for an eleven-unit affordable housing project at 8395 Jackson road, College / Glen in Eastern Sacramento. The development is to be called St. Johns Village and is funded in part through the State-wide Homekey Housing program.
