Permits have been filed to add six units to the three-story multi-family structure at 2522 Quint Street, on the western edge of Bayview in Silver Terrace, San Francisco. The address is just a few blocks away from the San Bruno Avenue commercial thoroughfare. Several bus lines all within a ten-minute walk.

2522 Quint Street contains a 14,000 square foot structure built in the 1940s. The six units will replace six parking spots on site. Sizes will range from two studios, three single-bedrooms, and one double-bedroom unit. Once completed, the property will expand from eight to fourteen apartments.

The project will come at the cost of $175,000. The developer and owner of the structure were not listed on the public application. However, Collins International has been in charge of the sale of the property in recent times.
