Permits have been filed for fourteen new single-family houses within the Knolls at Tassajara Hills development. Building addresses will range from 2803 to 2912 Delamar Drive. Led by the Toll Brothers, the homes are each expected to provide vast living spaces for the reclusive development on the outskirts of Dublin, Alameda County.
The fourteen houses range from 3,500 to 4,200 square feet each, rising two stories. A single unit will be produced per structure, all of which are to be sold at market rate. The developer’s website shows prices are expected to range from $1.82 million to $1.9 million, depending on the architectural style and size.
The Toll Brothers describe their project as such, writing,”The Knolls at Tassajara Hills offers four home designs with up to 4,266 sq. ft. of luxurious interior living space, 4-6 bedrooms, 4.5-5.5 baths, and 3-car garages. All home designs feature stunning curved staircases with two-story foyers, generous outdoor living space, optional deck, and a main floor bedroom perfect for guests.”
The designs are ubiquitous for suburban development in the East Bay, with red terracotta roof tiles and tan walls evocative of the region’s Spanish Colonial history.
Approval could take a few months. About half of the Knolls at Tassajara development has already been built. The end goal of producing over three hundred houses. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
