New permits have been filed for a new development at 2323 Moorpark Avenue in West San Jose by the San Jose city college. The application describes dividing the existing two-acre lot into 41, allowing for 41 new residential units. True Life Companies will be responsible for the development.
Imagery and other details for the project have not yet been released. With 41 units spread across the unusually shaped 87,000 square foot parcel, the developers may aim to build multi-story townhouse units.

Coast Residential Funding-Partner Bret Hoefler was listed as a past owner, though now James C Neal and Stephen L Hammon are listed as the property owner.
The lot is directly across from the Santa Clara County multi-block area for medical research and care. San Jose City college can be reached two blocks east at the South Bascom Avenue, along with commercial retail, restaurants, and the 25 and 61 bus lines. The city center can be reached within 23 minutes by bus.
