The master plan includes 455 homes, a hotel, assisted living, and retail centered around a public park. Kimco Realty Group is responsible for the application.

The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to meet tomorrow to review the Final Environmental Impact Report of Cambrian Park Village in West San Jose. The mixed-use proposal aims to create a new moderately dense hub in a low-density corner of San Jose. Kimco Realty Group is the property owner.
SFYIMBY has revisited the site for One Santana West, documenting the now-complete office building located at 3155 Olsen Drive in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The new office is phase one for the developer, Federal Realty, with plans for a second large office building, refurbishing the historic dome theater, and an unreleased project for the vacant property across Olsen Drive.
Construction funding has been secured for 1330 South Bascom Avenue, a large eight-story multi-family building in west San Jose. The development team received $284 million from an Australian pension and retirement fund to build The Maxwell, the nearly six hundred unit apartment component of the transit-oriented South Bascom Gateway Station masterplan. Newmark announced in a press release that construction is expected to start by the end of the month.
New renderings have been revealed for residential development at 1065 South Winchester Boulevard in West San Jose. The six-story proposal, along with similar plans for 1073-1087 South Winchester, will create 131 new homes inside the Winchester Boulevard Urban Village Plan. Cord Associates is sponsoring the development.
