A new residential project has been proposed at 350-352 Head Street in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new residence and addition of a third story to the existing residence.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 5,000 square feet. The project proposes to subdivide the existing lot into two lots measuring 2,500 square feet each. The project will move the existing single-family residence to one lot and construct a new residence on the second lot. A third story will be added to the existing residence. Each of the single-family residences will include one accessory dwelling unit and one off-street parking space.
The cost of construction is estimated at $980,000. The project is under review and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The project site is a walk-friendly residential area. A lot of daily errands can be accomplished on foot. The area is well-serviced by MUNI bus lines 7, 14, 28, 43, 49, L and M.
