The project will bring 97 100% residential units into an eight-story apartment complex. The building will yield a total residential built-up area spanning 39,150 square feet. The complex will offer a courtyard and a rooftop terrace. The ground floor will house the property management office, supportive offices, community room, kitchen, laundry, and bicycle parking space.

The building facade will rise to a height of 85 feet. Renderings reveal exterior finished in red brick and white stone with construction in composite fiber cement. Black-painted aluminum fins frame both the windows and the white stucco-clad massing. The ground level, in contrast, is wrapped with a curtainwall system.
