Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 1230 Revere Avenue in Bayview, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story residence with one ADU at the ground floor.

Syncopated Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will be developed on a vacant parcel spanning an area of 2,500 square feet. The project proposes to construct a three-story residential building offering a total of three units. One ADU will be constructed at the ground floor while two units will occupy the upper floors. The ADU will be a two-bedroom units while the other two units are three-bedroom apartments. The ground, first, and second floors will span an area of 826 square feet, 1,288 square feet, and 1,232 square feet respectively.

Onsite parking is proposed stretching an area of 191 square feet. Common open space measuring 938 square feet will be developed. The building facade will rise to a height of 32 feet.

The estimated construction duration is twelve months from ground breaking.

  1. Make the ADU a three bedroom by eliminating the unnecessary car parking.

  2. Well, one parking spot for eight bedrooms seams reasonable, especially for anyone in the neighborhood who has to drive for work due to tools, materials, cross-town clients, etc.
