Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 2446-2450 Green Street in Cow Hollow, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the division of a lot into two.

The project proposal seeks to split a lot by which two of the units will be on one lot and the unit in the rear side will be on its own lot. The front building is lot 1, and lot 2 is behind it. The lots will have the following square footage after the lot split: Parcel A will span 2,116 square feet and Parcel B will span 1,759 square feet. The total residential built-up area is 8,669 square feet. The project comprises of two buildings three-story high with three market-rate units and three parking spaces. Open usable space spanning an area of 695 square feet will be developed on the site.

The residences are planned as a mix of two one-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit. ​The estimated project timeline has not been announced yet.
