The project site housed a surface parking lot slated for demolition. Groundbreaking has been held for construction to progress. The project will bring 59 affordable housing units to a five-story structure. The building will yield a total built-up area of 41,680 square feet. Commercial space spanning an area of 1,190 square feet will be designed on the site.

Renderings reveal four levels of wood construction over one level of a concrete podium. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

The property site is located at the intersection of Brush Street and West Grand Street. Commuting into San Francisco will take fifteen minutes via car or twenty minutes via BART.
