Construction is expected to start early next month for 2016-2030 Nest Walk in Sacramento’s Newton Booth neighborhood. The Villas will create eight new townhomes on a vacant parcel of land. Tarik Taeha of Pearl Seven Inc. is the project developer.
Writing to YIMBY, Tarik Taeha shares that “the construction is expected to start in late February 2023, targeting project completion after 6 months after groundbreaking at an estimated $3 million price tag. The property is located at Nest Walk & U street.”
The three-story structure will create eight apartments with around 11,680 square feet housing on the 0.15-acre property. The building is 136 feet long, and the trash area will be included along Tomato Alley.
H&H Consultant Engineering is responsible for architecture and structural engineering. The single structure will extend from U Street to Tomato Alley, with residents’ apartment entrances facing the mid-block passage. Each residence will average around 1,460 square feet with a kitchen, living room, laundry, lounge, and two bedrooms. Facade materials will include aluminum wood-look panels and crystal carbon solid panels with alternating metallic and earthen tones.
Residents will be seven minutes from a light rail station, providing rapid access to Downtown Sacramento. JEDCO Consulting Engineers, Inc is the engineer of record, and Roses Engineers are the civil engineers of the project.
