Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 6933 Balsam Way in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a single-family residence on a hillside project site.
YZW Construction Inc is the property owner. Collaborative Design Studio is the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 10,188 square feet. The project proposes to bring a single-family residence rising three stories high, measuring 35 feet. The residence will feature four bedrooms and a four-car garage. The residence will span a total built-up area of 3,367 square feet. Open landscaped area will be designed on the site and span an area of 250 square feet.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
