The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to rereview plans for a seven-story apartment complex at 1876 El Camino Real in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The 169-unit application amends previously entitled plans for the site with minor adjustments to the unit mix. Prime Pacific Global Management Corporation is responsible for the project as the property owner.

The 82-foot tall structure will yield 211,430 square feet, with 81,340 square feet for the two-level basement garage and 5,900 square feet of amenities. Apartment sizes have been adjusted slightly from the initial plan, with 59 one-bedrooms, 103 two-bedrooms, and seven three-bedrooms. Parking will be included for 182 cars and 94 bicycles.

Studio T-Square is responsible for the design. The exterior will remain unchanged from the already-entitled plan. The exterior will have porcelain tiles, cement board siding, plaster, and metal trim accents. The storefronts will be built with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows. Plat Studio is the landscape architect, and BKF Engineers will be the civil engineer. The landscaping will extend to a public plaza at ground level and the podium amenity deck.

Prime Pacific is a Hong Kong-based developer with offices in Burlingame and Canada. Prime Pacific was started in the United States in 1997 as an investment company across various industries between North America and Hong Kong.

The 1.15-acre parcel is located east of El Camino Real on a block bound by Murchison Drive and California Drive. Residents will be close to the Millbrae Train Station and its surrounding development, a strip mall, and several other development projects in North Burlingame and Millbrae.
