Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 20883 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino. The project proposal includes the conversion of onsite commercial structures into residential buildings.
The project site spans an area of 36,154 square feet. The project site is currently developed with a two-story office building a strip mall, and surface parking. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing structures and bringing residential spaces into place. The project will bring 139 townhomes, condominiums, and small-lot residences.
An SB330 preliminary application has been submitted. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located in a busy mixed-use neighborhood. Future residents will be located near various grocery stores, recreational spots, and other resources.
