New permits have been filed seeking the approval of a lot subdivision proposed at 18895 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon. The project applicant requests a preliminary application review for the subdivision of the property lot into 24 residential lots.

The project site is huge parcel spanning an area of 197.79 acres. The project will also add a private road from Crow Canyon Road. Previously, it was reported that the project proposal includes the construction of a residential project offering single-family dwelling units, multi-family dwelling units, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and a public park.

(CD/A) is responsible for the designs.

The 16-acre residential development area and the 2-acre neighborhood park are located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and within the NWSP area.

The total cost associated with the project is estimated at $36,000,000.
