A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18 Crow Canyon Court, San Ramon. The project proposal includes the construction of a new townhome community offering 54 homes. The project site is comprised solely of an existing office building and no existing residential uses exist on site.

City Ventures is the project developer. Hunt Hale Jones Architects is responsible for the architecture.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.14 acres. Named Woodside Canyon Residential Development, the project will bring 54 for-sale solar all electric townhome-style condominium. The project proposes 54 homes comprised of 3 bedrooms, and ranging in size, from approximately 1,403 square feet to 1,760 square feet.

Each home will have a private garage accessed by a common drive aisle and a front door accessed from the public street or shared paseos. Each home will come standard with solar panels and will incorporate a specific focus on healthy, energy efficient living. Fifteen percent of the housing units will be made affordable.

A total of 121 parking stalls including 2 dedicated stalls in each home’s garage (108 covered spaces) as well as 13 on-site parking stalls for guest parking.

A project review meeting has been scheduled to analyze the staff report, presentation, take public comment and provide initial feedback. The details of joining the meeting can be found here. The estimated construction timeline has not been proposed yet.
