A brand-new residential community has just opened its doors, offering homes for sale in Castro Valley. The project proposal included the development of a residential community offering 25 single-family estate homes.
Trumark Homes is the project developer.
Named Summit Collection in Castro Valley, the community features 25 single-family estate homes with scenic views of San Francisco Bay and wooded canyons. The estate homes occupy nearly one-acre lots at the top of the ridge. The community showcases three two-story floor plans ranging from 3,903 square feet to 4,352 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
As reported in a press release shared with SFYIMBY.com, all homes feature gourmet kitchens, open-concept main living areas and 3-car front- and side-loading garages. Prices start in the mid $2 millions. Homebuyers will enjoy nearby amenities and activities including numerous hiking trails and surrounding open space with captivating view corridors from the ridge lines and wooded canyons.
The developer boasts of a community that brings high quality, spacious new homes with modern amenities and ample outdoor space. Already gaining popularity, five residences have sold since late July’s sales launch. For more information, please visit Trumark Homes website here.
The residences are located in the southern edge of Alameda County’s Castro Valley off Highway 580, with convenient access to San Francisco via the Bay Bridge, and connections via 880 or 660 to Silicon Valley. Commuters can also utilize the nearby Castro Valley BART station.
