Two Berkeley-based individuals are listed as the property owners. Demolition will be required for the existing unoccupied single-family home. The 0.14-acre property is located along 8th Street between Grayson Street and Heinz Avenue. The future residents are a block away from the Berkeley Bowl West grocery store and Ashby Plaza.
