The three-story structure is expected to produce seven units. Apartment types will vary with three townhome-style units, three studios, and a one-bedroom unit. Parking will be included for three cars, with bicycle parking not specified.
The project architect is not specified. Illustrations show development will produce two distinct structures, with the apartments overlooking the sidewalk, and three attached townhome-style units in the rear lot. The exterior will be wrapped with green horizontal siding and white board panels.

Public records show the property last sold in July 2024 for $315,000. The property owner is listed as a Colorado-based LLC. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
