The eight-story apartment complex is expected to include 97 units, including 96 single-room occupancy studios and one two-bedroom apartment for the on-site property manager. The applicant designates that 20 units will be set aside for formerly unhoused individuals. The overall affordability will range from 49 units for extremely low-income households and 47 units for very low-income households.

Gensler is responsible for drafting the design, with PGAdesign serving as the landscape architecture. Renderings show the complex will feature a contemporary facade with composite fiber cement panels and metal-framed windows. Residential amenities will include access to a rooftop deck, courtyard, community room, kitchen, on-site laundry, and bicycle parking.

Construction is expected to cost around $74 million, with the timeline not yet shared.
