It’s “permanent supportive housing for seniors experiencing or at risk of homelessness.” Mercy Housing is the provider. It’s six stories, 67,648 square feet, with 145 studios and one manager’s unit. There is no car parking and 32 bicycles spaces. You can find photos of the construction online.
