Preliminary permits have been filed for a four-story apartment infill at 1037 14th Street in Corona Heights, San Francisco. The proposal would replace a single-family house with three apartments above a three-car garage. RKD Consulting is responsible for the application and design on behalf of the property owner.

The four-story structure is expected to yield around 8,000 square feet, including 6,900 square feet of housing and around 900 square feet for parking. The garage will provide space for three cars and three bicycles. Unit sizes will vary, with two two-bedrooms and a larger apartment with three or more bedrooms.

The existing property is located along 14th Street between Roosevelt Way and Castro Street. The lot is next to the McKinley Elementary School campus.
