The San Francisco Zoning Administrator is scheduled to review plans tomorrow morning for a small office-to-housing conversion at 906 Clement Street in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond. The proposal will change the second-floor offices into three apartments around a central courtyard. George Do is listed as the property owner, with Millbrae-based Derek Vinh responsible for the application.

T Studio Square is responsible for drafting the plans. The South San Francisco-based architecture firm is planning to cut out a portion of the roof, creating a mid-building open-air courtyard. The three apartments will each be studios, with private bathrooms and kitchens. The second floor will include bicycle parking and storage.

Public records show the structure was built in 1979 and is decorated with Spanish Colonial Revival-style features. The narrow property is located along Clement Street between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue. Future residents will be around two blocks away from the Presidio of San Francisco and five blocks from Golden Gate Park.
