New building permits have been filed for twelve single-family homes at Fiddleneck Way in Orinda, Contra Costa County. The properties will be a part of the Relevae at Wilder suburban development by Landsea Homes. Each of the houses will range between 2,377 and 3,474 square feet, offering between three to four bedrooms.
Thirteen houses have already been filed, including three model homes, eight already sold, one reserved, and the last house available to buy. The twelve homes filed for today will complete three-quarters of 34 homes across the several hundred thousand square feet of land. The residents will find access to a shared pool and clubhouse on top of landscaped open space for each unit. Addresses 6, 8, 10, 12, 18, 22, 26, 28, 30, 32, 36, and 38 Fiddleneck Way.
Design for each of the units will draw from the Bay Area’s colonial past, including Spanish Colonial architecture, ranch homes, and farmhouses.
Landsea Homes is a California-based development firm founded by the Hong Kong-based Landsea Green Properties Co. Ltd. The firm predominantly operates in California and Arizona, though they have several apartment buildings in development in New York, as covered by NY YIMBY.
The Fiddleneck Way land last sold for $19 million.
