The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1,950 square feet. The project proposes adding a one-story vertical addition to an existing two-story, single-family residence. The new dwelling unit will yield a built-up area of 1,298 square feet. The building height will be updated from 23.5 feet to 29.5 feet due to the vertical addition. Modifications will lead to three dwelling units, parking for vehicle spanning 592 square feet, and usable open space measuring 856 square feet.

A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
