A new office complex has reached completion at 610 Walnut Street in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering spaces for office use and parking. The project replaced a two-story building on the site.
Windy Hill Property Ventures is the project developer. ArcTec is responsible for the designs.

The project scope brings a new six-story office complex spanning an area of 71,330 square feet. The building will feature four levels of office spaces, two strips of balconies, a lobby, one level of underground parking with a mechanical lift and two levels of above-ground parking for 132 vehicles. The building features an exterior curtainwall system that includes glazing, brick veneer, plaster and ACM paneling.
