Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a single-family residence at 2102 Foothill Boulevard in San Antonio, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story single-family residence with parking. Under a separate permit, an existing garage that is partially built on the project site is slated for demolition.
Cutting Edge Homes is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3,786 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story residence with one uncovered parking space. The residence will span an area of 1,608 square feet. The proposed design for the residence is consistent with other neighborhood homes and duplexes.
The ground floor of the residence will feature a bedroom plus den, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room, along with front and rear porches. The upper level floor plan showcases a master bedroom, master bathroom and a balcony.
A project application has been submitted, and regular design review is required for the new residence. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

Wow. This is what’s being posted for Oakland now? We went from pre pandemic skyscrapers every 10 yards to single family homes. Good night Oakland. Back to another 30 years of failure.
