Plans will be heard tomorrow afternoon for a nine-unit townhouse development at 4249 Cheeney Street in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The Development Review Hearing will consider approval of the architecture review for the two-story project. Milputas-based Maruti Builders is listed as the property owner.

Construction will produce four two-story structures containing nine identically-sized for-sale apartments. Each residence will feature three bedrooms across 2,070 square feet and a two-car garage.
San Jose-based MFA Engineers & Associates is responsible for the design. Each structure will be clad with grey smooth stucco and vertical fiber cement board and batten panels. The roofing will be covered with asphalt shingles.
The 0.52-acre property is located within the Agnew Village neighborhood. The site is three blocks from 4220 Network Circle, a site where Valley Oak Partners submitted plans for a potential partial redevelopment of an office campus with nearly six hundred apartments wrapped around the Agnews Historic Park.
The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.

The Santa Clara Development Review Hearing is scheduled to start tomorrow, August 20th, starting at 4 PM. This will be a hybrid meeting hosted at Santa Clara City Hall, with public participation made available in-person and via Zoom.
