This event marks initial physical progress on a major project led by Waterford Property Co., Pacific Housing, and C&C Development. Once completed, the project is expected to add 75 new units of affordable housing to the Silicon Valley city.

The project proposal includes the development of a new education and workforce development center. Blach Construction is the project developer. Quattrocchi Kwok Architects is responsible for the designs.

New permits have been filed to split the existing lot at 612 South Main Street in Milpitas, Santa Clara County. The proposal will replace the existing commercial office and surface parking with 57 townhomes. After purchasing the project from the True Life Companies, Toll Brothers is responsible for the application.
A new residential project has been approved for development at 1355 California Circle in Milpitas. The project proposal includes the construction of a housing community dedicated to teachers. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-story industrial building on the site that has been vacant for the last eight years. The project is being designed and developed by Pulte Group.
