Plans also call for the demolition of an existing office building measuring 48,500 square feet. Luxury Estates & Development is the property owner. Axis/GFA Architecture + Design is managing the design concepts and construction. Jett Landscape + Design is the landscape architect.

Milpitas Planning Commission has approved a residential project at 308 Sango Court, Milpitas. The project proposal includes the development of a residential complex near BART. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story industrial building. City Council will consider the project for approval in August. Idaho-based firm Pacific West Communities is the project developer.

Permits reveal updates on the development at 720 Montague Expressway in Milpitas, earlier approved by Milpitas City Council. The project is a five-story mixed-use structure with residential units, parking space, and retail space.
Residential developer, SummerHill Housing Group, is managing the project. Hunt Hale Jones and KTGY Architects are responsible for design concept and construction.

Construction is underway for several projects around the recently-opened Milpitas BART Station in Santa Clara County. One such development is 730 and 750 East Capitol Avenue, which will produce a combined 582 units and several retail spaces between two structures. The Walnut Creek-based Anton Development manages the project.
