The development will produce 147 dwelling units, including 90 four-story stacked townhouses, 57 three-story townhome condominiums, and roughly 4,990 square feet for commercial space. Parking will be included for 341 cars across the site. WHA is responsible for the design.
Previous plans for the site were filed by Waymark Development on behalf of the former property owner, Cypress Investments. The 5.5-acre property is located at the corner of East Homestead Road and Lawrence Expressway. The property is close to the city’s border with Cupertino. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have not yet been shared.
