Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a twenty-four-unit residential project at 1900 Diamond Street in Diamond Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of four single-family homes and twenty condominiums on the site.
Solomon Cordwell Buenz is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
The project site is a narrow strip spanning an area of 34,714 square feet. The proposal also includes the subdivision of the property site into five lots. The residential project will bring four four-bedroom homes on four of the lots and twenty three-bedroom condominium dwelling units on the fifth lot. Plans also call for modifications to the rear yard and front setback requirements.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project will be constructed in three phases: phase one will allow the construction of two single-family houses and eight townhouses; phase two will develop twelve townhomes; phase three will allow the development of two single-family homes.
