Permits have been filed for renovations at 2100 Jackson Street in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The proposal would reintroduce the 12 vacant apartments to the market after the late Maurice Kanbar, creator of Skyy Vodka, evicted all tenants at the turn of the millennium in a high-profile move to convert the complex into his personal residence. Emerald Fund is the new owner responsible for the application.
Updated renderings have been revealed for the eight-story residential infill at 2201 Market Street in San Francisco. The flatiron project will straddle the border between the vibrant Castro and Duboce Triangle neighborhoods. Chris Foley of Ground Matrix is responsible for the application.
The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans today for a multi-structure life sciences/office campus at 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The Peninsula Crossing proposal will create over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space and two ten-story garages. DivcoWest and Woodstock Development are jointly responsible for the project developer.
The previous proposal for 1101-1123 Sutter Street called for a 14-story residential infill with over two hundred homes in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. Now, new modified project plans have been shared for a 22-story complex, with more housing to match. Martin Building Company is the project developer.

The unit count has been reduced for the project, but the apartments have gotten bigger to allow for larger households. J.S. Sullivan Development is responsible for the proposal.
