The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans today for a multi-structure life sciences/office campus at 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The Peninsula Crossing proposal will create over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space and two ten-story garages. DivcoWest and Woodstock Development are jointly responsible for the project developer.
The previous proposal for 1101-1123 Sutter Street called for a 14-story residential infill with over two hundred homes in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. Now, new modified project plans have been shared for a 22-story complex, with more housing to match. Martin Building is the project developer.
New renderings and altered plans have been published for the 13-story apartment complex at 530 Turk Street close to Polk Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. The unit count has been reduced for the project, but the apartments have gotten bigger to allow for larger households. J.S. Sullivan Development is responsible for the proposal.
Revised plans have been filed for a planned expansion of St Ignatius College Preparatory Campus at 2001 37th Avenue in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The application shows continued focus on creating a new main facility for the private Catholic school overlooking Sunset Boulevard. A portion of the existing campus will be demolished.
Construction has officially started on 39 affordable homes with a groundbreaking ceremony at 1367 University Avenue in North Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will create housing for formerly homeless individuals, giving access to amenities, on-site services, and close access to the North Berkeley BART Station. San Francisco-based Panoramic Interests is the developer while Building Opportunities for Self Sufficiency will manage the property and leasing.
