MANU Studios has submitted an updated application for the 11-story mixed-use proposal at 101 Delmas Avenue in San Jose. The filing reveals newer renderings since coverage from June of last year and introduces the Builder’s Remedy provision to expedite the approval process. If built, the project will bring 80 new homes on a small lot close to Diridon Station and Downtown San Jose.
Updated plans have been filed for an 11-story residential infill at 101 Delmas Avenue in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project will replace a single-story structure at the corner of Delmas Avenue and West San Fernando Street with 80 homes. Christopher Hall of MANU Studios is responsible for the application.
Plans are in the works for a 10-story residential building at 101 Delmas Avenue near downtown San Jose. The site is between Lakehouse Avenue and West San Fernando Street. The property is located just beyond downtown San Jose and located across the street from the light rail San Fernando Station.
