The plans call for nine three-story structures spread across a two-acre portion of the 13-acre former trucking hub owned by the Facchino Family. Terracommercial Real Estate Co., led by Mike LaBarbera and Rob Facchino, is responsible for the development.

The Facchino Family, who own the site, made the decision to redevelop it into more than 700 units of new transit-oriented housing.
