New plans have been revealed for the abnormally-shaped parcel at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue at the bottom of Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The six-story apartment complex is designed to create 64 apartments with the help of the State Density Bonus program, fewer than once proposed but still greater than base zoning would allow.

California’s State Density Bonus is responsible for the increase, with twelve units to be sold as affordable housing. Harty & Harty Properties is responsible for the development as the property owner.
Permits have been filed to profile new construction at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood. The application requests approval to expand from 48 units to 79.
