Revised development permits have been approved for the four-story residential development at 2400 Filbert Street in West Oakland, Alameda County. The application will create 86 homes and ten work/live residences in an existing warehouse structure. TNP Real Estate Investments, led by a Danville-based individual, is the project sponsor.
