ROEM Development Corp has introduced reduced plans 2251 San Ramon Valley Boulevard, a corner lot in the suburban town of San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The Santa Clara-based firm is now proposing to build 60 townhouse units with affordable housing, a decrease from the 169-unit apartment complex first drafted. City staff has deemed the project below the required minimum density.
The Environmental Impact Report has been published 800-803 Belmont Avenue, an affordable housing proposal for Belmont in San Mateo County. The project would create 125 new apartments, adding to the housing-starved city. ROEM Development Corporation is responsible for the project.
Development plans are moving forward for a six-story mixed-use building at 961-971 Meridian Avenue in the Willow Glen portion of San Jose, southwest of the city center. The proposal calls for an entirely affordable housing project with 233 residential units in a growing residential neighborhood. ROEM Development Corporation is the project developer and sponsor.
