Permits have been filed to demolish a single-story house and construct a two-story single-family dwelling at 231 and 235 Wilde Avenue, San Francisco. The construction site is a 50 feet x 100 feet lot located on Wilde Avenue’s south side in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. The proposed project will demolish the existing two-story single-family dwelling, subdivide into two 2,500 sq. ft. parcels and construct a single-family residence on each lot. While the proposal is within the Bernal Heights neighborhood, it is seven blocks away from the famed Bernal Heights park.
