Project Meeting Requested for 220 9th Street in SoMa, San Francisco

A project review meeting has been requested for the six-story infill at 220 9th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The plans incorporate the facade of the 1924-built structure as a historical edifice for a 62-unit addition to the neighborhood. SF-based Levy Design Partners is the project architect.

Renderings Revealed for 220 9th Street, SoMa, San Francisco

New renderings have been revealed for the historic preservation and redevelopment of 220 9th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The most recent plans show that the project aims to create 64 homes for ownership, including a dozen units of affordable housing. W Y Developer, a small Redwood City-based firm, is responsible for the project.
