The project proposal includes the development of a residential project. On behalf of the University of California, Wexford Science & Technology LLC is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for the proposed Clover Workforce Apartments. The project will create a 358-unit affordable residential development next to the Meadowview Lightrail station in Southwestern Sacramento. AMCAL Housing is managing the project.
Recent permits have been filed for a proposed six-story mixed-use building at 1701 R Street as part of the larger Ice Blocks development in Midtown, Sacramento. The new construction would round out the larger Ice Block development with dozens of new apartments and retail around existing mixed-use buildings. Heller Pacific is responsible for the development.
New plans have been unveiled for a seven-story residential project at 1617 J Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The proposal is to add 200 new apartments and a full floor of retail between 16th and 17th Street in a busy corner of the State Capitol. Led by SKK Developments, the development has become nearly three times larger than first revealed just five months ago.
New renderings have been published for the mixed-use development of 401 1st Avenue in Upper Land Park, Sacramento. The proposal would add 49 new apartments above commercial space adjacent to the over eight hundred-unit large Mill at Broadway neighborhood project currently under construction. REgroup, the Sacramento-based architecture firm, is managing the project.
