Exterior work is nearly complete on the eight-story affordable housing block at 950 West Julian Street in The Alameda, an historic district in San Jose. The complex, named the View at Julian Apartments, will soon add three hundred units to the bustling neighborhood just west of Downtown San Jose. Jemcor Development Partners and Pacific Housing are jointly responsible for the project.
A preliminary application has been filed to construct a new apartment complex at 950 West Julian Street, Garden Alameda, San Jose. The project would bring 300 new units within walking distance of the San Jose Diridon train station, retail, and close to Downtown San Jose. New renderings have been revealed for the proposed five-story hotel at 615 Stockton Avenue in Garden Alameda, San Jose. The project, to be known as Victoria Hotel, is right across the street from the northern extension of the 262-acre Diridon Station Area Plan. The proposal will open 80 new hotel guest rooms within walking distance of the Diridon Station transit hub, marking a change from a September draft to shift the project to moderate-income affordable housing. San Jose-based Infinite Investment Realty is the project owner.
