Meeting Today to Review Extension Request for 2015 Bridgeway in Sausalito

A hearing is to be conducted later today by the Sausalito Zoning Administrator’s office to review the request for an extension on the permits for a development at 2015 Bridgeway, on Sausalito’s main commercial corridor. The project plans to convert an existing three-story office building into a multi-unit residential building. The process requires a full interior remodel and some external refinishing. After experiencing some delays, the property owner has appealed to the city for an extension of what may still be a viable and beneficial project.

Preliminary Plans For Six-Story Apartments at One Harbor Drive, Sausalito

Preliminary permits have been filed for an expansive six-story apartment complex at One Harbor Drive in Sausalito, Marin County. The initial plans aim to replace an existing office building with nearly three hundred units. San Francisco-based Bayspring Development Partners is responsible for the application.

Updated plans have been published for the five-story proposal at 83 Princess Street in Sausalito, Marin County. The project, named Glen Bank, aims to add just over three dozen condominiums to the city’s historic downtown district behind an existing 19th-century-built house. Matthew Shroder, co-founder of 1Money, a cryptocurrency technology company, is listed as the property owner.

Planning approval has been granted for the residential infill at 1757 Bridgeway in the city of Sausalito, Marin County. The project is looking to replace four single-family homes with 19 condominiums near the waterfront. Burlingame-based SY Jadines is listed as the project applicant.

New plans have been submitted for a six-story apartment complex to rise at 605-613 Bridgeway in Sausalito, Marin County. The proposal will bring 47 homes and five retail shops along the city’s picturesque waterfront, including six affordable units. Linda Fotsch is the property owner and applicant for the project, filing through Willy’s LLC.
