The project proposal included the construction of a new five-story affordable housing complex offering residential units and commercial space. Oakland & the World Enterprises is the project sponsor, led by the former Black Panther Party chairwoman Elaine Brown. MWA Architects is responsible for the design.
Development permits have been approved for a seven-story residential infill at 707 Washington Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The project will bring 38 new apartments to the corner lot. Turner Development Resource Group is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story residential infill offering deed-restricted housing. Austin Sandy Architects is responsible for the design, collaborating with Factory OS, a modular housing manufacturer.
Development permits have been approved for the four-story proposal at 913 Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The project will bring nearly two dozen homes and retail to the site. Paul Chung owns the property.
