Modified plans have been filed for an eight-story apartment complex at 807 Franklin Street in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood. This application comes over half a decade after a two-story Victorian house was moved from Franklin Street to Fulton Street to make way for a 2018-approved development. San Francisco-based Brown and Company is still responsible for the development as the property owner.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a corner development at 103 Walbridge Street and 520 Carter Street in the Crocker Amazon neighborhood of San Francisco. The project is expected to produce two small three-story apartment buildings along Geneva Avenue, near Cow Palace and the multi-phase Sunnydale HOPE SF project. The Millbrae-based Four Thirty Innovator Inc. is listed as the project applicant.
Formal permits have been filed for the glassy multi-unit development at 641-645 48th Avenue along San Francisco’s Vista Del Mar neighborhood. The project will bring 20 units to the hillside property overlooking Ocean Beach. Stanley Saitowitz Natoma Architects is responsible for the application and design.
New renderings and updated documents have been shared for a skyscraper at 536 Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The team is still pursuing two high-density versions for the site, with a minor residential capacity for the mixed-use iteration. Lincoln Property Company and McCourt Partners are jointly responsible for the application.
Updated plans have been revealed for 3300-3330 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights. The latest version shows an increased residential capacity from the previous application, now seeking an eight-story building with 89 units above retail. The project applicant was not listed.
