A preliminary project application has been submitted seeking the approval of a new renovation project at 930 Grove Street in Alamo Square, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the renovation and remodel of an existing historic three-story plus building. This historic property is known as the Koster Mansion. TP Pham LLC is listed as the property owner. Goldman Architects is responsible for the designs.

Famed San Francisco Painted Lady Hits the Market for $3.55 Million

The Pink Painted Lady on Postcard Row has hit the market again. 714 Steiner Street was purchased by Leah Culver, a senior Twitter engineer in January of 2020. Culver shared her efforts to renovate the project on social media, along with approved permits to restore the project with design by David Armour Architecture. Now, the San Francisco landmark is on the market again for $3.55 million, the same price it sold for over two years ago.

Documents Filed for 650 Divisadero Street Plan Alamo Square, San Francisco

A new application has breathed new life into the years-old plan for a six-story mixed-use building for 650 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood. A transit demand management application has been filed, fulfilling a requirement for approval. The project will add 66 rental units to the housing market, including some affordable units. Divco Group is responsible for the development.
