A preliminary project application has been submitted seeking the approval of a new renovation project at 930 Grove Street in Alamo Square, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the renovation and remodel of an existing historic three-story plus building. This historic property is known as the Koster Mansion.
TP Pham LLC is listed as the property owner. Goldman Architects is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the renovation and remodel of an existing historic three-story building. The building currently contains 12 residential units and has an attic. With the proposed design, the new building will offer a total of 14 units, designed as a mix of 6 studios and 8 one-bedroom floor plans. The new four-story will yield a total built-up area spanning 9,660 square feet.

14 bicycle parking spaces will also be developed on the site. Additionally, a new two-car garage and an access driveway to the garage will be included as part of the project. The project also proposes a comprehensive interior remodel of all units, including revisions to floor plans and new finishes and systems.
