The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project proposes to demolish the existing single-story commercial building.
New plans have been filed to construct two new homes with ADUs at 216 and 218 Montana Street in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood.
